Since the last 2 years I’ve been following other bloggers participating in the make nine challenge and I must say it is very motivating to see all these people working hard to achieve their goals. So I decided to join and go through the same in 2022.

The biggest challenge for me was to decide which 9 projects I should choose amongst millions of ideas in my head. After careful consideration I came up with 9 items I want to add to my wardrobe for sure within 2022. Below you will find my choice of make nine projects.
The second challenge is to stick with the plan. Even though I am focused on a project I can easily get side tracked if something else catches my eye. It can be a painting, a movie, or even a dream. It happened many times that I stopped a project and started something else from scratch. Therefore I am curious to see how my make nine will evolve as time passes 😊
I am excited to follow all makers in 2022 who joins the challenge. The goal is to reach a bigger audience and inspire more people to consider creating their own garments.
Finally before I finish this post, I want to mention Minna from The Shapes of Fabric. She has this amazing blog and Instagram where she shares her own design creative patterns. I am very curious to follow her make nine challenge of 2022 and maybe learn something totally new for my pattern making journey.
